Billing, Payments & Subscriptions
Our online services, retainers, and custom project scopes can be paid via secure credit card gateways or cryptocurrency transfers processed by our payment merchants (PayPal, Stripe, Paddle & Whop). When subscribing to an ongoing retainer, you authorize Latinconsulting LLC and its partners to process automatic recurring subscription charges in advance of each monthly or yearly cycle.
Refund Policy Restrictions: In accordance with our Refund Policies, refunds are only eligible for initial quotes or scoping requests made prior to the commencement of any work. Once consultation sessions, architectural design, scoping research, or coding tasks have started, transactions are 100% non-refundable, and any cancel requests will only stop future recurring renewals.
Consulting & SOW Agreements
Specific project milestones, custom Statement of Work (SOW) specifications, and support retainers are governed by a separate master service agreement (MSA) signed between the client and Latinconsulting LLC. The terms of that signed contract supersede this website's general terms in the event of a conflict.
